RETURNS
Sunglasses and Frames without Lenses:
If your glasses arrive damaged, or there is a quality issue please contact our Customer Service Department. Returns or refunds must first obtain an RMA number from Customer Service. RMA's will be issued at DesignEyeglasses.com's sole discretion, in accordance with these policies, terms and conditions.
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return it. Restocking fee of 10% applies on all returns. Shiping and handling charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for return shipping
Orders returned without an RMA will be immediately returned to the customer without refund of purchase price. Customers must provide their RMA number and all other information as required by DesignEyeglasses.com for all returns. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the RMA is clearly visible on the address label of the product packaging when it is returned to DesignEyeglasses.com, for example RMA #1234. The return address will be provided as part of the RMA information.
Sunglasses and Frames with Prescription Lenses:
Returns for a refund are a subject to 10% restocking fee plus $6.80 shipping cost. Any custom made prescription lenses not resealable therefore they are not refundable. Refunds only be credited to credit card or PayPal account thet was originally used in the transaction. Please allow up to 3 business days for a refund to post on your account.

CANCELLATION
Please contact DesignEyeglasses.com immediately if you wish to cancel an order. Orders may only be cancelled within the first 8 hours of placing the order. For orders cancelled within this time period, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued. Orders cancelled after this time will receive a refund of 50% of the purchase price. Refunds will be credited back to the original purchaser's credit card, or PayPal account only. Customers are responsible for paying shipping cost on all returned products to DesignEyeglasses.com
EXCHANGES
You have 30 days from the day you received your order to exchange it. We can only exchange resellable product(s). Prescription lenses are not exchangeable. You must obtain RMA number from our customer service representative before shipping the product(s) back to us. We are not responsible for return shipping charges.
SALES TAX
Florida customers are subject to 7% sales tax. There is no sales tax if prescription lenses are ordered.
TURNAROUND TIME
We do not stock every product that is listed on our website. Frames and/or accessories are usually ready to ship out within 48 hours of placing an order. Any prescription lenses are custom made to your order in our Florida lab and take 3-5 business days to complete. Should a product become backordered/unavailable we will notify you as soon as possible.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship with USPS Priority Mail but other shipping methods are available, please contact us. Delivery usually takes 2-3 business days.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We are able to fulfill international orders, please contact us for assistance. Orders shipped to Canada are approximately $28.90.
WARRANTY
Frames and prescription lenses carry a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects, unless noted otherwise. This warranty does not cover wear and tear.
